After an afternoon full of more or less successful attempts at water sports (30 minutes of Stand Up Paddle, 29 of which were in the water, and roughly the same statistics for windsurfing...), I finally join Aglaé, who opted for idleness and had a good laugh during my sporting triumphs. A true chicken life.
I must admit that idleness also has its good sides... stretched out on my linen, between reading and two naps, I plunge my hands into the warm sand. It reminds me of Brittany where I used to go when I was little... and especially the delicious sablé (with sand) that I used to enjoy there for a snack!
And that's when a new obsession idea comes to me: to revisit the recipe for the sand sablé of my childhood, but with the good taste of organic Swiss products! Flour, butter, sugar, eggs and salt found only a few kilometres from the biscuit bakery (hello Vaud + certification), I set about creating this recipe. And after a lot of trials (much more successful than the water sports), I finally perfect the perfect little Swiss sablé biscuit!
A subtly crunchy texture, the sweetness of the butter that melts delicately on the tongue, a beautiful golden color and a slightly sweet taste. And the magic of this biscuit? A pinch of salt that calls begs the next biscuit to arrive in the mouth as quickly as possible!
Find them quickly on the eshop, in all your favourite stores or directly here! How organic is that?!
