The fabulous meeting of a baking enthusiast and a chocolate lover

Have I ever told you about my fabulous encounter with Switzerland's most gourmet cow? No? Then settle comfortably in your favourite armchair with a good cup of tea and your favourite Swiss biscuits… and dive with me into this new adventure! On a beautiful sunny afternoon, as is often the case in our country, I decided to go and feast my eyes from the balcony of French-speaking Switzerland: the Moléson! After a few detours on the rails (I'm often a little distracted on our 5300 km of railway network), once I reached the top of the funicular, I plunged into a cable car that slowly pierced the clouds to reach the summit. And there, what a surprise! In the foreground, I discovered the majestic Bernese Alps, and in the far distance, the Valais peaks. And slowly, little by little… the clouds melted away to reveal a breathtaking view of the Lake Geneva region (Hello Laure Stettler and René Pernet!) and the Three Lakes region (We don't forget you Jacques Yerly!) with, even further away, the Jura crests.

Still perched on my little cloud... I began my descent along the ridge and feasted my eyes! But as you know, fresh air makes you hungry! So I set my sights on a superb flower field and started to enjoy some Carameuhles and Ronds de citron. While enjoying myself, I heard strange noises next to me... I turned around and couldn't believe my eyes! A pretty cow had stretched out on the daisies and was eating Villars milk chocolate!
