I'm lucky, because most of them have already bloomed, that's the advantage of the Ticino micro-climate. It's a real explosion of colors that greets me, and with the beautiful snow-capped mountains in the distance, I've managed my bet to get ahead of time and make spring bloom!

That's what my grandmother always told me when I longed for the arrival of warmer days… So last weekend, yearning for spring landscapes, I decided to take the initiative and head to Ticino to get ahead of time.
And it was in the small village of San Nazzaro, in the splendid Gambarogno Riviera, that I set my sights on trying to make spring bloom.
After a short climb, just behind the village, I finally reached the Gambarogno Botanical Park. And once I passed through the gates of this enchanting place, reading the signs along my way, I learned that a certain Otto Eisenhut sowed his most beautiful seeds for the greatest delight of his visitors…
