Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit date. Beyond this time, no refund will be possible.

Lateness Policy:
In case of lateness, visitors may join the group within a maximum of 10 minutes after the start of the tour. Beyond this, it will be necessary to book a new slot.

Internal Regulations:
To ensure safety and hygiene, visitors must follow instructions, wear provided clothing, refrain from touching machines or products without authorization, and note that strollers are prohibited.

Access:
The biscuit bakery is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and parking is available on-site. If you come by train, the biscuit bakery is a 5-minute walk from the nearest station.

Maximum Number of People:
The maximum number of participants for a tour is 10 people. This allows us to guarantee a quality experience for each visitor and ensure that activities take place under optimal conditions. For larger groups, please contact us in advance to discuss available options.

Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent to you after booking, with all necessary information for the day of your visit. Please present this email upon your arrival.

Age Requirements:
Children aged 6 and over are welcome for the visit. Please note that young children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
