A delicious little savoury biscuit from the Valais Alps. Thyme and Grand St-Bernard rosemary give it a unique taste. Good butter, churned and shaped using traditional methods. Swiss flour, from the heart of the wheat grain. The icing on the biscuit: free-range eggs from Swiss hens.

Ingredients

Swiss wheat flour, Swiss free-range egg white, Swiss rapeseed oil, Swiss butter, potato starch, sugar (Germany, Switzerland), Swiss cooking salt, 0.8% Swiss thyme, and 0.8% Swiss Grand Saint-Bernard rosemary. May contain soy, sesame, hazelnuts, almonds, and traces of mustard.
