A reinterpretation of the traditional Milanese biscuit.

Description

A well-known Swiss delight, with its hint of lemon and its wonderfully crumbly texture. For this little "milanese" that doesn't come from Milan, except for the lemon zest which is simply better elsewhere, all the ingredients I found come from Switzerland.

Ingredients

Swiss wheat flour (VD), Swiss sugar, Swiss butter (VD), Swiss rapeseed oil, Swiss egg yolk (VD), lemon peel 3.5%, Swiss eggs (VD) and Swiss cooking salt. May contain soy, hazelnuts and almonds.
